Payment & Insurance
Anthem, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, Cigna, Carefirst, and Tricare insurance (see below for details specific to your insurance) to get started today!
All sessions are 55-60 minutes in length. The fee for an initial consultation session for individual therapy is $175.00 and $150.00 for each additional session. The fee for an initial consultation for couples and family therapy is $200.00 and $175.00 for each additional session. I do not accept insurance for couples/family therapy (private pay only).
I accept Zelle and credit card payments. Please note you will be charged an additional 4.75% service fee for credit card charges.
Failure to give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation will result in the credit card on file to be charged the amount of $135.00 if not applicable to a legitimate emergency situation.
Tricare Insurance
Willow Rose Counseling currently accepts Tricare insurance for individual therapy and is a certified "out of network provider." As an out of network provider, under the point of service option, you will typically need a referral for Tricare Prime. You may need a referral from your PCP, an authorization, and may have a copay/deductible. Please call Tricare to complete the referral process before booking a session and to inquire more about your specific plan. Typically Tricare Select does not require a referral.
